Hi 

Need to disable the auto closure of Tool generation incident if it was MIM promoted

It means after event and alert  when the incident get created and the it get promoted to MIM then after the In progress state we can manually change the state to resolve it not get change automatically.

Can any one help me to solve this issue?

Is there any OOB script ?

Help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Ajay,

Not able to find the answer  with the provided docs. that how to stop the changing of state from inProgress to resolve for the tool generation incidents when it was MIM promoted.
