HI All,
I am trying to discover the firewall in my environment but getting the error as "ACTIVE BUT COULDN'T CLASSIFY"
I tried to search the OID for the switch in the payload so i can make a new System SNMP OID but unable to find those could anyone guide me how can i can rectify this. PFA the payload file

1. Verify/make sure you have SNMP opened in the firewall between the MID and the device
2. Verify/make sure you have valid SNMP credentials

Further to this make sure that your IP address is white listed on the firewalls as most firewalls have ACLs that you have to be added to to run SNMP queries on them.

Hi Robert,
Team has already provided the access to the device. and i checked with the credentials what i am not getting after running the job is the OID from the netscalar device.

Install a MIB browser or snmp utility on the mid server and execute the oid against the device, to confirm both access and the oids.
