Hello and Good Afternoon.
Hope everyone is well!
Very new in Servicenow and trying to test out Discovery.. I have a PDI and have install a Mid server in our environment. Connectivity from the Mid server to the PDI is/was successful as I can see the MID server instance within the PDI where status is status is "up" and "validated". As such, wanted to test a quick discovery using the IP of the MID server.. however, am stuck as it errors out right away on (Shazzam) launch with the following error: Script error while attempting to launch Shazzam undefined. Searched but can't get a solution to the issue. Not sure if I have missed an configuration and/or if this will actually work if/when the MID is an on-prem server connecting to a PDI (assuming it should work as the PDI can see the MID Server).
Thank you very much in advance. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
ken

Hello.
Yes.... went to Discovery->Configuration Console. you should see the list of CIs, CI information that will be discovered. I missed a few modules as I only saw "Software Filter" and was missing the basic CI such as "Devices" and "Applications"... went to the app store and installed a few more Discover/ITOM related modules. Hope this helps.
