New to ITOM. Need suggestions on Discovery learning.

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well. I have started learning ITOM recently and came across hands on with Discovery and AWS instance. I tried making trial account but for verification, it sent autopay request of Rs.15000 to my account. It is mentioned that Rs.2 are to be deducted and refunded back for verification but I don't understand why autopay of Rs.15000 is sent to me. 

Can anyone suggest any alternatives to AWS for learning Discovery? Any hands on discovery along with how to make trial account would be appreciated. 

Also any advice on learning hands on ITOM in PDI and what all external cloud trial accounts to use along with it?

Hi, 

If you have access to Now Learning few courses over there provides great simulators, but those are generic use cases to understand ServiceNow platforms and keywords.
But for specific use case you'll have to connect to either the company account and play / configure there but for personal use case GCP / Azure does give our fair amounts of credit but you have used those then you'll have to pay out of pocket.

I have not used any cloud trial account yet. I made a personal account with AWS and they asked for autopay permission of Rs.15000 for UPI without even completing account. Elsewhere in tutorial, different info shows up for making trial account.
