Hi,
I am trying to config service mapping for application, but I am getting below error related to windows credentials:
"Service Mapping triggered the horizontal discovery to find the host 10.*****., because this host was not in the CMDB. The horizontal discovery failed. Port 5985 is open, but the host is unreachable with status code 404: Not Found
Check connectivity from the MID server to the host. Adding target to blacklist. No valid credential found for type [Windows] Request not sent".
Could you please help which windows credential I have added

Hi @admin60 ,
CI which you want to use in Service Mapping, Should be discovered in ServiceNow using the ServiceNow Discovery and must be updated, also this is due to that as CI is not discovered and valid credentials also not found in credentials table.
You can refer the below windows discovery document, where each steps mentioned what type of credenatils required, how you can configure , what else required to configure the discovery and then only you can run the service mapping .

Hi @admin60 ,
then you must use the cloud discovery as you discovered the cloud resource not the actual Host of the CI, it should be present in Windows Server class. If not then it’s discovered as cloud resource only not the actual windows server.
thanks
