Not able to see service mapping map

Hi,

I am trying to config service mapping for application, but I am getting below error related to windows credentials:

"Service Mapping triggered the horizontal discovery to find the host 10.*****., because this host was not in the CMDB. The horizontal discovery failed. Port 5985 is open, but the host is unreachable with status code 404: Not Found
Check connectivity from the MID server to the host. Adding target to blacklist. No valid credential found for type [Windows] Request not sent".

Could you please help which windows credential I have added

Hi @admin60 ,

your need to run the host discovery on azure cloud resource to get discovered in windows server, already mentioned the document for windows server discovery for pre -req and required access to discover the windows server.

Hi @admin60 ,

You must run the Host discovery of cloud resource of (Linux, Windows etc) like normal discovery was run to capture in respective class host, same here . Pre-req is already mentioned for windows server discovery.

Once Host available in respective class apart from Cloud classes then you can configure the Mapped application Service Mapping otherwise cloud resource you can use the Tag Based service mapping, You can achive the same using the Tag in Cloud Resource.

Tried IP based discovery to discovering windows servers but only one server got discovered out of 3 server and I did not do anything special on that discovered server.

As per screenshot, Its look like credentials are not working, Please check credentials for windows server.
