We have been trying to trouble shoot some inconstancies in some of our IIS Service Maps. More on that another time, but for now, this error is putting a major road block in our debug testing when working in the pattern designer. The odd thing is that this worked fine yesterday, then we started to get this error, then it started to work when we chose a different MID for the operation, then it we started to get the error again. Right now we have tried each MID we have set up and they are all now giving us this error:
loadHostFromDb had failed, see error at log
To make things more odd, it only seems to happen when hitting against a specific URL for the Debug. Others seem to work fine. I know it states to see error at log. Had a bit of issues finding the error log as well...

Hi @Jason_DaSilva ,
I don't know the exact reason for the error, even though I have seen a lot following for a proper reason.
But I can provide you with an alternative for this.
Instead of using the URL and HTTPS Endpoint for debugging, use the TCP Endpoint with hostname and port ( default HTTPS port - 443 HTTP - 80 ) this works for me hope it works out for you too.
Please mark my answer as helpful if it helps.
