Odd error when running Debug in Discovery Pattern

We have been trying to trouble shoot some inconstancies in some of our IIS Service Maps.  More on that another time, but for now, this error is putting a major road block in our debug testing when working in the pattern designer.  The odd thing is that this worked fine yesterday, then we started to get this error, then it started to work when we chose a different MID for the operation, then it we started to get the error again.  Right now we have tried each MID we have set up and they are all now giving us this error:
loadHostFromDb had failed, see error at log
To make things more odd, it only seems to happen when hitting against a specific URL for the Debug.  Others seem to work fine.  I know it states to see error at log.  Had a bit of issues finding the error log as well...

I solved this, I think.

In the basic pattern screen, check "All" for *Operating System.  Still testing, but that allowed my debug to continue.

Problem: Pattern Debug in "Azure Load Balancer TD" pattern fails with the error "LoadHostFromDB failed"
Here is the solution that worked for me.

Being an Application pattern, the URL of the application we supply is DNS resolved first and an IP address is returned. This IP address is searched in CMDB, if found, is taken as the host then other debug steps follow.

Note: Host record in CMDB should have a Network adapter entry with the Same IP that DNS resolution returned. If not available, can be added manually.
