Oracle Cloud Discovery - Database is not getting discovered

Hi All,
We have OCI Cloud discovery up and running in our environment, We have few Database migrated into OCI recently and the data center in which its hosted is actively getting discovered by ServiceNow. But these new DBs are not getting discovered. I have only the IP address of the servers. How can i troubleshoot this further? please help

1.Check is there any firewall that causing the issue.
2.Log into server and check whether midserver is up and running,
3.Try restarting the midserver
4.Check logs in server system

Thanks for you response. Does ServiceNow supports discovery of CDB and PDB cloud database? in our discovery , only container database is visible not PDB databases in the cloud database table.

If you are using cloud discovery then you do not need the mid server(not mandatory) check if the permissions given for the cloud discovery user have access to the db. If you are doing IP based discovery then the credentials for the db needs to be entered. If already entered then try to ping db using mid server console.
