Hi,
As we aware, the Discovery tool scans the Out-of-Band devices and shows the Host under the cmdb_ci_outofband_device table. However, my question is when we get into the related Host(Server) from there we cannot see the related Out-of-band device. Why? Based on what relationship the Out of band Table is able to pull the Host(Server) information but the same does not happens from the Host(Server) side.
Servers also should be able to show the relationship of the Out-of-Band Devices list.
Can you any help in understanding on this?

Its is a relationships between host and Out of band device or Its just a reference field to HOST CI?
Do u see any relationship record in CMDB_REL_CI table between host and cmdb_ci_outofband_device.
Also paste some screenshot please.

It's a reference field of Host CI. But question how it is able to get the Host CI information without any relationship. I hope there would be some kind of relationship based on which it is able to update the Host CI.
I do not see any relationship between host and Out of Band devices in relationship table.

If relationships exists then there must entry in cmdb_rel_ci table.
In discovery pattern you can find using which command it is fetching host and then referencing it.
