Hello team, 

I got this requirement for Performance analytics....im new to this topic...can someone please help me in building this logics for these 6 KPIs

KPI	Description	Target	Notes
CI Completeness Score	% of assets (CIs) with mandatory fields populated (type, model, status, location, serial number, etc.)	≥ 95%	Driven by CI Class Models and Data Completeness Rules
Lifecycle Status Accuracy	% of assets whose lifecycle status matches actual state (e.g. active, disposed, decommissioned)	≥ 98%	Measured via integration with Change/Incident workflows
End-of-Life (EOL) Coverage	% of assets with populated and valid EOL dates	≥ 90%	Vendor-provided dates matched to model/version
EOL Compliance	% of active assets not past EOL	≥ 95%	Requires automated aging report against current date

1. Hardware & Software Asset Management

KPI	Description	Target	Notes
Asset Discovery Accuracy	% of discovered assets reconciled with CMDB entries	≥ 97%	Match by hostname, serial, MAC or other identifiers
Unallocated Hardware Rate	% of hardware assets with no assigned user or location	≤ 5%	Supports loss prevention and inventory control

And after building this i need to add it to CIO Dashboard

Have you checked on what is already available OOB? There are a number of dashboards related to the things your are asking for.

 as @Mark Manders said, many metrics available OOTB. Furthermore, if you don’t know how to build performance analytics, I would recommend to do the training instead of just trying, as you should know what you’re doing.
