Plugin is not getting activated in PDI

While I try to activate the plugin, I get a mail stating that 'Plugin was not activated'. What is the fix for this ?

@Sudharshan Mohi Did you try using the instance help option. If this doesn't workout and the plugin is needed for testing then you can choose to opt for a learning course where the plugin is part of the course and can be easily found on the learning instance.
