Prevent a specific discovery source from updating a CI

I have a CI that is flipping continuously between two discovery sources (Logic Monitor and ServiceNow). The reconciliation rule is set up for "All Attributes" Discovery source 1. SG- SCCM 2. ServiceNow. The rule is inherited from the Computer class. But randomly Logic Monitor will update the CI and change the discovery source. There is no rule in place to allow the update from Logic Monitor. 

Does anyone know how to prevent the undesired update ?

Better to create a independent rule instead of dependent , it won't update the record.
