I would like to know what is the difference when we use ACC-V vs SCCM service Graph connector to pull the device information?

There is a big diffrence....
Servicenow SCCM This will being in all Windows devices and associated software information and populate cmdb with discovery source as SG-SCCM. Sccm cannot discovery other devices apart from windows. Its a windows tool utilized in servicenow to fetch info via JDBC SQL Quries and write the info in cmdb tables...
Were as > ACC-V is limited to operating systems and devices. ACC-V) is an Agent installed on your Windows , Linux, or macOS servers to collect host data. it uses Ruby scripts that execute OS Query commands and OS-specific commands to gather the information. You can discover data from various file systems and storage devices, TCP connections, running processes, and other information about target hosts.

Thanks for replying.. i am aware about these differences but what m looking at is- what is the difference in terms of the data that comes from both... is there any benefit of ACC over SCCM or vice versa.

Hi @pratik0306 ,
i get it, but its important to know the diffrence as both agents work on diffrent platform. The only similarity is that both sccm & acc-v brings windows infomration when it comes to information quantity Both has capablity to bring boths CIs & Software information.
