PRTG- ServiceNow Integration prerequisites

Hello all,

Can anyone please let me know what are the prerequisites for the PRTG- ServiceNow Integration:

1. Port (Unidirectional / Bidirectional)

2. Basic Auth Creds to be created in PRTG using what role?

3. Any other prerequisites which are needed to configure the Integration

Hi,
To fix this issue, please check the MID Server and learn how to import SSL certificates.
As PRTG usually works with HTTPS, it will not accept any HTTP. The "SSL required" message is just a notification that the system cannot process the request.
