Query related to service mapping in ITOM

Hi Folks,

Please someone help me on service mapping, we want to pull application(web applications) which is located on Azure Virtual machine and its attribute ( applications column name such as application Name, Server name, Software used and it's version (Example: VB.NET version 4.0, Telerik 3.0, ABCpdf 9.0, etc), SQL servers used.

) .Which service mapping approches*( pattern & traffic  based, tag based) is best for above requirement .Please help me on this.

@Rahul Priyadars , can we able to pull the attributes of applications located on azure in CMDB using Tag based discovery.

TAG Based Service Mapping will Build Your Service Maps for Applications Hosted in Public Cloud envs like AWS , AZURE or GCP. Only PRE-REQ for this that Cloud Discovery is done.

is there any other way to pull application from azure cloud resources into cmdb , other than tag based service mapping, because few business applications do not have tags in cloud.
