Reconciliation of Duplicate CIs

Hi, 

We have the de-duplication records getting closed automatically, but unable to find how exactly they are closed.

Are there any scheduled jobs which reconcile the duplicate CIs and close the de-dup tasks? 

For some reason, I don't find any Scheduled jobs, workflow and Flows and Business rules. 

All the tasks which are closed have this message, 'Remediation of duplicate CI has been completed' but when I seach the scipts/messages with this string, I coudln't find anything. 

Does anyone have any idea, how to find the de-dup tasks are being closed?

The De-duplication tasks get closed automatically, basing on the Reconcile Duplicate Templates configured in the table 'reconcile_duplicate_template'. Please check this and you might find the flow.
