Relevant list of questions to be asked before configuring Event Management module

Hello everyone,

 

I was having the query before starting the implementation of Event Management.

What relevant discussions / questions should be asked to the customers in order to implement Event Management in a correct way.

 

Can you please share me out of your experience, what should be confirmed or discussed?

@Community Alums Thankyou for your response. It is helpful. I have downloaded the file but as such there are no questions mentioned in them. Can you please help me understand how i can identify the queries which should be formed while discussing with the customer prior to the implementations.

For e.g.

Which events should be ignored?

On what events Incidents should be created?

More such queries.. Would be a great help if i can get such questionnaire.
