Alerts not going in alert management rules even if the conditions are fulfilled in SCOM

Alerts are not going in alert management rules even if the conditions are fulfilled SCOM integration with Service Now

 

We have a alert management rule with below details still some alerts are not creating incidents, also they are not going in alert management rule

Multiple alert rules - Stop search for additional rules

Alert filter - Severity and Priority

 

Any help will be appreciated.

This information is too limited to help you out. Check on all rules, because maybe they are recognized by a rule that doesn't create an incident and your 'stop search' makes that it doesn't reach the rule you expect it to.

But without knowing what is coming in and what is setup, it's just guessing.

This is the filter condition and alert is having same values still in Alert filter Preview 0 record match condition displaying.
