Hi Community,
During the approval of renewal certificate request from ServiceNow portal. Pki approver see below message:
"Approval has been requested on the renew task as CSR has different domain value compared to the old certificate. Check with your Certificate Authority for additional steps that need to be completed for renewing this certificate."
Due to which the renew certificate request gets failed. We are not sure from where this error is coming from and what is the actual meaning of this message.
Could you please provide us some information about the above message?
