Report on discovered Windows OS versions and count

I would like to make a report that shows me the number and types of all Windows OS's on my network. Is there a way to do this?

There's a report right out of box that you can find by navigating to Reports> View/run 'Computers by Operating System.

I modified it to show 'OS that contains Windows' and there you go! (See attachment)
