Hello All,

 

Can some one help me to upgrade the mid server from Vancouver getting the below error message.

Reported MID Server version 'utah-12-21-2022__patch9-hotfix1b-01-16-2024_01-30-2024_1048' is not compatible with instance version 'vancouver-07-06-2023__patch8-03-05-2024_03-14-2024_0941'. Upgrade is required.

 

I do not see the option to Update MID Server

The conditions for the UI Action to show are:

- current user has role agent_admin

- the status of the MID service is Up or Upgrade Failed.

Make sure those conditions are satisfied.
