I am currently investigating DigiCert integration capabilities within ServiceNow Certificate Inventory and Management (CIM) and would appreciate any insights from the community.
Certificate information available for Change Request creation
We are trying to understand what certificate-related information can be retrieved through either:
- OOTB DigiCert integrations (Certificate Discovery / CIM)
- DigiCert Service APIs
Specifically, we are looking for information that could help support or automate the creation of Change Requests during certificate renewal or replacement activities, such as:
- Requester information
- Owner or responsible contact
- Manager information
- Server / CI associated with the certificate
- Technical contacts
- Any other certificate or asset-related metadata commonly used in change management processes
Is any of this information available through the out-of-box integration or DigiCert APIs? If so, could you please share relevant documentation, implementation experience, or best practices?
