I need to do a scheduled import of an .xls file placed on shared drive on a mid server. Any pointers please?
There is an update set available at servicenowguru's site for this. Does that wok for Calgary and higher versions?
Thanks.

I show it being ahpap111.ent.lolcentral.com and the IP being that. Maybe that's the issue I am having it's a MidServer that Hosts our LDAP file. We were using the file importer from SN Guru but that quit working with Eureka. I know we have a 3rd party Computer company that grabs it's orders from that same server but not sure how they do it. TIA

you cannot use private ip address. At present FTP is not accepting mid server so you need to provide the public ip address
