We would like our users to receive a daily scheduled report of the "on-call rotation schedule report." Currently, one has to go to this page and manually run the report. Can this be automated? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

The only way i could think of, you can create a new report for the v_rotation (Rotation Schedule) table. pick list type report, and choose the fields you want in your report. Now as you know you can go to Scheduled reports and create a new scheduled reprot, and select this report.

Since v_rotation is a table temporarily populated with data when you run the On-call rotation report, scheduled reports on this table would probably be blank.

We have the same need and found that a scheduled report would not work. I was thinking I was going to have to build a script to get the current individuals on call and then send it out. Would be a great 'feature' for On Call Rotation.

Mark,
Did you ever find a solution to this? This is a major need for us as well. I have an ER in HI for the same, just wanted to see if there was something that you found effective in the meantime.
Thanks!
