Scheduled Report of the On-call "Rotation Schedule Report"

We would like our users to receive a daily scheduled report of the "on-call rotation schedule report." Currently, one has to go to this page and manually run the report. Can this be automated? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I came across this post and not sure if individuals ever found a response if but not I recommend looking at the following.
Weekly Notification with a formatted On-Call Schedule report for all support groups
I did this on my instance and it works great. I need to setup some HTML formatting for enhancements but it solves the issue for the Rotation Schedule Report.
