serial number changed for palo alto device and how to discover the new serial number using discovery

recently network team have changed the serial number for palo alto device ie moved for on premises to Azure and it got changed the serial number.
as per SNMP OID we are still getting the old serial number only but when we checked with network team they showed the new serial number that is updated in their network devices of panorama site and this is not getting captured by our discovery.
Please help how to fix this issue

Hi @Chandana13 ,
If device moved on-prem to Azure then you should discover the azure using with Cloud discovery.
Also you can delete the CI once and try to re-discover the same again.
