Serial number discovery on stacked switches

I am getting inconsistent results when discovering stacked switches.  The serial number is getting discovered on some of the slaves but is blank on the Master switch.  Any ideas how I can get discovery to retrieve the serial number on the master?

Hi Bob,

If you are using the patterns to discover switches debug the "Network Switch" pattern and see if you are getting serial number at step 7 "Insert serial number to cmdb_ci_ip_switch".
