Service Graph Connector for Cisco Meraki not populating Organizations, Networks and CI table

I am trying to integrate Service Graph Connector for Cisco Meraki . I have followed the documentation , installed the plugin and followed the guided setup.

This is what I have under Meraki in servicenow:

I see one data source :

After completing the setup, I am able to test connection and when I trigger the data source, it is loading the devices table.  But the documentation: https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/build/servicenow/service-graph-connector-for-meraki/ shows that Organizations, Network and the CI tables should be populated as well. I copied the Datasource script and tried to execute as background script and I was able to see its pulling Network and Organizations.

Do we need to create new datasources to make sure Organizations and Networks are imported. When I tried to create a new one, I was getting error that the x_caci_sg_meraki_meraki_organization is not an import set table.

Hi,

When I set this up last year, I didn’t create any additional data sources. Please check the configuration again and navigate to the table x_caci_sg_meraki_meraki_organization to verify if organization records are listed. As far as I know, organization records are imported automatically during the setup.

Regarding the import process for Meraki organizations, the Service Graph Connector for Cisco Meraki is designed to automatically populate the Organizations, Network, and CI tables as part of the integration. If the setup was completed correctly and the test connection is successful, these records should be populated without requiring additional data sources.

For further reference, you can review the official Cisco Meraki Service Graph Connector documentation:
https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/build/servicenow/service-graph-connector-for-meraki/Service Graph...

If you believe the solution provided has adequately addressed your query, could you please **mark it as 'Helpful'** and **'Accept it as a Solution'**? This will help other community members who might have the same question find the answer more easily.

Thank you for your consideration.

My test connection is success, I am able to load device as well. My scheduled affinity sync is also working. But nothing is getting loaded into the organizations, network and Custom CI Fields table.

Hello @GeoT38089157963 ,

Are you on version 1.5 of Meraki for Xanadu release?

We are also working on it and I have found some records deleted. Lookup entity fields are missing.
Were you able to solve this issue.

https://community.meraki.com/t5/Developers-APIs/Missing-entity-mappings-in-Meraki-Service-Graph-Conn...

It would be a great help, if you could let us know what were those mappings actually before deleted.

And, regarding organisations, there is property "organization_ids_to_import" where you need to add the Organisation Ids, have you added that ?

Regards,
Najmuddin.
