Service Map Assocation

I have some issues with svc_ci_assoc table for Service Maps. I have been noticing unwanted associations between servers and Service Maps. 

Servers are getting associated to Maps that are not having any king of dependency or connection and this is creating unwanted impact on change requests.

Can someone let me know as how the server(s) are getting associated to Maps when not having any dependency/

I have face this earlier also, it's because of the level of Service maps we have created.
Generally during dynamic service map creation, the level decides the depth of showing relationship.

Check your Application/ Service has relationship with any Manual endpoint and that Endpoint has server attached.

I verified my maps and no relationship found with any of the endpoints.
