Service Map for ServiceNow Application

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a Service Map for ServiceNow application.

We have been able to create a map using different Application Services such as ITSM and ITOM which is then linked to mid server etc.

Is there any way we can connect Active Directory and Middleware to the map?

Do we have any example of Service Map done for ServiceNow?

Yes you can but You need to create them manually...

Is there any way we can connect Active Directory and Middleware to the map?

If you have those as CI surely you can do it...
