ServiceNow integration with M365

Hello Experts,

We are looking to integrate ServiceNow + M365.

We got the Details for Account = Client ID, Key and Tenant ID.

Question is:

1. Do we need Service Graph connector to implement this ?

2.  Do we simply got o Credentials--> Service Principal Account and create 

3. Or any other method to do the connectivity ?

Please suggest .

No service graph connector is needed.
