To complete the exam the candidate is required to complete the following ServiceNow Service Mapping Training and courses:
  1. ServiceNow Fundamentals.
  2. Get Started with Now Create.
  3. ServiceNow Platform Implementation.
  4. CMDB Fundamentals.
  5. Service Mapping Fundamentals.
  6. Service Mapping Implementation
