How to add a new data center to a cloud account.

We have a requirement to add a new data center to existing cloud accounts.

I found the below manual way to do it-

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-operations-management/page/product/cloud-management-...

Is there any faster way - other than manually adding them one by one.

we have 200+ cloud accounts

All these Cloud Accounts are Associated with Same Cloud Provider?

I deal way is to Add account and then run discovery to Discover all Logical Cloud data Centers.

Not Suggested - But you can try exploring a Bulk Upload in this Table - cmdb_ci_cloud_service_account

Hi,

All these Cloud Accounts are Associated with Same Cloud Provider? - YES

I deal way is to Add account and then run discovery to Discover all Logical Cloud data Centers. - We are trying to add to existing cloud accounts so need to enter each cloud account record then add datacenter to them.

I had raised a Hi case for this, they mentioned that this feature not available.

Suggested to submit an enhancement.

Hi @Subhankar_2

You can create the credentials based on datacenter and in credentials only having option to discover the Service Account,

Also you can refer the Service Account table to get the details of Service Account as well as Associated datacenters,
