Service Mapping Query

I have few query for Service Mapping Implementation-

Q1 - Can we create a single map for our On-premises devices and cloud infra device ? If Yes, how we can do it ?

Q2. Can we create a map for an application which uses separate device from separate infra ? Lets say servers are managed by Infosys and Databases are managed by Wipro ?

For Q2: If the devices are housed in Cmdb tables , then yes it's possible.
