Service Mapping

I need document of creation for service mapping. Can some one assist on sharing the simple document for understanding and configuration. 

I have enabled the servicemapping plugin and tired to perform service mapping but it is not working from Mid server the ping is enabled to the application server and telnet is success for the port.

Kindly let me know what else need to be validated for the success of the service mapping.

@LogeshwaranS  I guess, you are confused between Discovery and Service mapping. There are various types of Service Mapping available and discovery is used by one of them.

Is the application server you are trying to map is discovered? If yes, are all the details of it are correct in CMDB? If yes, are you trying to service map all the Infra associated with this application server?

I would advise you to go through fundamental courses for Discovery and Service mapping before you try to map, here are the links:
