The correct plugin is: Orchestration - VMware Support listed as: com.snc.runbook_automation.vmware
Cloud Management for VMware does not work as I had multiple tickets open with lots of the same requests in different wording.

Biggest issue seems to be permissions and documentation. I am able to deploy simple VMs. But I have to request it with an account with Admin creds. My "Cloud User" cannot see items in the drop downs to chose memory, offering, cpu, etc. Troubleshooting. Outside of that the implementation is pretty simple. Reply if you want a good write-up based off the wiki.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for bringing this up. I'm assuming you are talking about
requesting a VM using the "VMware Instance" catalog item? I just looked
into this and you're right - it appears the cloud user role doesn't have
to have access to a handful of these tables. We will address this (in
our upcoming release for sure, and will try to get it into prior
releases in upcoming patches as well).
In addition to requesting VMs from the "VMware Instance" catalog item,
your cloud administrator can create catalog items from specific
templates, and provide predefined sizes. In Fuji and prior, the size
has to be set by the admin on the catalog item. In Geneva, the admin
can leave the size blank, and the requesting user must select the size
which will reduce the number of catalog items needed.
Thanks,
Jimmy
