Show workflow link in a custom table .

Hi All,

 

I have created a workflow for a custom table . I want to add show workflow link which on click redirect to workflow for that table. I also tried to replicate the UI action(00B) which is present for change table but it did not work .

Could you please guide me how can I achieve  it ?
