Hi,
I am looking for some PPT document which describe all features available in SN. I have to present a demo to my client for considering SN as there new ticketing tool.
I have to present all cool features avaialble in SN (just an overview for management) from ITIL perspective. In addition to that I want to know all other features SN offers, like runbook automation, cutsome application building etc.
I know someone should have some presentation that they showed to their management for the approval. If possible could you please share document or key points I can mention in my PPT.

On the left side of the wiki homepage, http://wiki.servicenow.com, there is "Book Creator" link. You could capture parts of the wiki that are interesting to the client in a pdf. If you wanted to show "everything in ServiceNow", you can just download the entire wiki as pdf.
It depends a lot on what they currently use for ITSM application. You could show what features the current application has and what ServiceNow offers in comparison (Gap Analysis).
