I have this case of switches (from only one location) giving SNMP timeout error in prod but the same switches are discoverable in Test instance from the same windows server on which both Prod and Test midserver in installed. Credentials are testing successfully in prod in all midservers. other devices such as servers are getting discovered for the same location from same midserver. I did increase SNMP timeout and session values in prod midserver but that isnt solving the issue. what could be the problem?
