discovery could not fetch the switch ports data from the mid servers, I could see the switch ports data when i use the same switch ip in discovery patterns debug mode. The errors that i came across in discovery log for the same ip address are following:
Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Network Switch, To Check Pattern Log Press Here
when i went inside the link , I could see the error in payload processing , can anyone help me understand why we get this issues?

hI @HareeshPVR ,
You need to get the identification payload from the error message and try it with the identification simulator (Configuration -> Identification Simulation). It will reproduce the error and you can see where in the payload that it is failing.
Also check the configured IRE rules for required class as well as other classes for which you are pulling data.

Try doing the debugging where it tries to insert data in the switch port table. You will get the error responsible for not creating the ci.
