Hello Experts,

Need your urgent help here what am i missing.

We are integrating ServiceNow with Solarwinds using Service Graph connector .

1.   Firewall port TCP on 17774 is allowed

2. Permissions on SWIS API given by Solarwinds team.

3. MidServer is up and running.

Still when we try to connect it gives error as below. Is there any extra step . Solarwinds team says they have given permission

Not sure how to proceed.

Thanks

@Nisha30  Also, there should be a local Certification installed on MID server for the connection to Solarwinds. You can check with Solarwinds Admin team to install it on the specific MID server.

@Nisha30 Instead of 'Guided setup', can you check the connection from the 'HTTP(s) connection (http_connection) table?

You can provide Hostname and Port and use a MID server to connect and check the connection. Also, you can try accessing this hostname:port from the MID server. If that's successful, then it would be successful from Servicenow as well, using same MID server.

Hi @vija

Solarwinds team gave permission

port 17774 and hostname all correct and allowed.

However URI error . Does this mean this URL has to open from the MidServer in Browser ????

Thanks
