SSH Credential is Failing by Mid Server during Quick Discovery Even though it is being validated

Hello Everyone, 

 

I'm facing an Issue with Discovery, we have an SSH Credential, I'm able to validate the Credentials against the Target IP with the Mid Server. But When i Run the Quick Discovery using the  Same Mid Server the Device is not being discovered. and throwing Credential Error. The same credentials is working in Quick Discovery in DEV, but the same is not working in PROD..

1.MID Server Configuration Differences between your dev and prod.

Can you try the quick discovery in PROD? If the Credentials are working in DEV doesn't guarantee to work in PROD, even though the MID server might be same. 

Also, you can try creating a Behavior to trigger only SSH probes. That way, you can instruct Shazzam to trigger only SHH Probes.
