Storage discovery error

We have configured one of our MID server as CIM server to discover storage devices. After adding one device to the CIM, the discovery of MID server created storage servers in CMDB. But after adding few more storage devices, nothing is getting discovered..not even the one which discovered earlier. I am getting the following error message

Please suggest where should we look at to resolve the issue

The fact that it worked with a single system rules out connectivity or credential issues. I can't think of anything else it could be. We experienced a similar problem here. We had a CIM server managing one array and responses took just a few seconds. When we added a second array the responses took 30+ seconds. Maybe try again but make the timeout 10 or 20 minutes?
You could also try re-creating your CIM server. Start with one device and make sure it still works. Add a second device and see if it will work, maybe with a large timeout. If it does, add a third device. If it doesn't, start over with a new CIM server but add only the 2nd device and see if it works.
Also, are there any logs on the CIM server that you can check?
