Support Group details are not getting fetched from Technical Service

Hi Team,

We have a Server in place and the Technical Service is added as with Managed By: Manages relationship. But the support group details are not getting synced to Server from Technical service?

Does any body know the reason?

Hi @Yashraj  ,

Does the Server have a direct relationship with Technical Management Service? There is a solution that sync the groups using Technical Service Management Offering through a Dynamic CI group. But I don't think there is anything out of the box that sync based on the CI Relationship between the Server and the Service directly.
