Given I'm a configuration manager (TLCM)
If one of the Application Service is moved to 'Operational', then the target retirement date field on business application layer should be mandatory and we should get the data of the target retirement date when changes are done in AS layer and same should and store it business application layer where we have the Target Retirement Date field.
what would be the best approach as both are 2 different tables.
Below is a sample.
When application service "GNS RT HK DC SGHK PROD AS" operational status is changed to Operational then the "Target Retirement date" field should become mandatory for the related Business Application "Global Name Screening RT (GNS) BA" in the Business Application layer
