Go to sys_properties.list
Add new --> Name -- glide.identification_engine.multisource_enabled
Value -- true.
Type -- true/false
It is a dummy plugin that allows activation of any store applications that require ITOM Discovery licensing and for multi source CMDB to work, it is required.
For multisource CMDB to work, this plugin is required.

THANK YOU! the only clear and more concise answer! as someone who is completely new to SN i had no idea that i needed to or even knew how to even find System properties list or add properties etc.... i was so lost, so much advice here was vague ... this step by step guide was amazing and a true lifesaver!
