I tried to create a credential for Windows Credentials Type as per the task, but authentication is not working. Additionally, I couldn't access the MID Server using the URL. I tried all possible solutions. Let me know if anyone else has faced this issue. Please find the attachment for the error.

If you want's to access the Mid Sever you will reqiure a Remote Desktop Application in your system.
For Credentials remove ./ only give itomadmin without any spaces for username and password better type manually instead of copy & Paste, definitely it should work.

I am also facing same issue, I think windows credentials are expired. I used these credentials on 23rd April and it was working. Let's see what updates we will get from ServiceNow.

Yes, I think that is the reason. I have raised the case with ServiceNow; let's see how they respond now. Thanks for the info.
