We are configuring the certificate management plugin for use in production to track expiring certificatess in our environment. We are successfully discovering internal self-signed cert with port discovery and external cert from Digicert. We're wondering if it's possible to create a task and assigned it to a group for internal and external certificate that are expiring within 30days?
I updated the discovery property mentioned here (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-operations-management/page/product/discovery/concept/man...) from the default 60 to 30 days but we're not seeing any cert task being created for certs we know are expiring within 30 days. We saw a few task created for internal certs initially when we first installed the plugin but we haven't seen any tasks created for the certificates from Digicert or internal certs since we updated the discovery property mentioned in the article. We don't want to set up automated creation, renewal, or revoking of certificates, just create a ticket and assign it to the appropriate team when expiring.
