Hi,
Try following:
- Make sure that Mid Server and Remote server use the same network protocol (enable TCP/IP).
- Enable 'Allow remote connections' setting in the server.(Maybe you can check with windows team)
- If the Mid server and Remote server are in different vLAN, you can check with network team about the communication.
Execute following commands and provide them to the network team for troubleshooting.
From MID Server.
tracert <Remote server IP or FQDN>
From Remote server:
tracert <MID server IP or FQDN>
Hope the above points helps.
Thanks,
Raj

Hi,
If it is a Linux Server, you will have to use Putty to login to the server.
I guess you are using Remote Desktop Connection for connecting the server.
Error:"
The remote computer refused the network connection- comes when you use RDP is for windows.
"
Putty:
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
Raj
